A 40th birthday cake fit for a crisp obsessive. The brief was to make a cake related to his favourite snack so I thought it best to just make him a a 3D packet of them. This cake was signature chocolate cake with milk chocolate ganache and finished in Doritio fondant. All the doritos in the top of the cake were handmade out of fondant and then airbrushed to match the real colour of chilli heatwave crisps. This cake was £80.
