A very specific design for a girl who knew exactly what she wanted for her seventh birthday cake! Five layers of vanilla sponge (all different colours of the rainbow) with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and a secret well down the centre full of sprinkles. (The only part she didn’t know about!) She wanted a dappled paint effect on the outside and then a week later added that it needed to be a unicorn, too! Always happy to alter any designs to suit the client, espeically the little clients.

This cake was 8 inches and five layers tall and fed  35 people. This cake cost £70.
