This cake was commissioned for the marketing manager of Pho – the vietnameise street food chain of restaurants.
I made a ‘Pho to go’ pot with chicken, noodles and their signature broth. The cake was all chocolate sponge and ganache with hand painted fondant. The broth was made with a jaffa orange jelly and the noodles were all fondant. The chopsticks were real! This cake would feed 40 people and cost £90.
