The clients only request was a cake with a pug on it for her 7 year old pug obsessed daughter.
The ‘cupcake’ cake was vanilla sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, finished in fondant icing. The pug was sculpted with italian modelling chocolate and hand painted. Every element of the cake was edible. The cake stood approximately 14 inches tall and would feed approx 25 people.
