A scary T-Rex for a brave four year old! Had to check which sort of T Rex Lachlan would like and I was reliably informed that he would prefer a scary T Rex to the Toy Story kind! The cake was signature chocolate sponge with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and milk chocolate ganache filling. The dinosaur was made of belgian modelling chocolate and everything was completely edible. This cake fed 25 people and cost £60.
